Get protected at Metrolinx vaccine clinic and rewarded with free lunch

Metrolinx is hosting two additional on-site workplace COVID-19 vaccination clinics, July 8 and July 9 at Guildwood GO Station. Second dose vaccinations will be available to all Metrolinx employees and the public from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on both dates, by registration only. Harvey’s is also serving up their burgers on Thursday only, with proof of vaccination. You may also score a cone from the ice cream truck on site. Here’s how to take part.

Following the success of the first-dose clinic in June, Metrolinx and the Ontario Ministry of Health – along with popular GO Bear – will be returning to Guildwood GO Station (4105 Kingston Road) on Thursday, July 8 and Friday, July 9, to host a second dose COVID-19 vaccination clinic.

Who is eligible? Second dose (Moderna) vaccines are available to all those who received:

  • Moderna or Pfizer vaccine at least 28 days before the clinic day
  • AstraZeneca 56 days before the clinic day

For a little extra motivation, Harvey’s will also be on site serving up their burgers on Thursday only, with proof of vaccination. You may also score a Soft Dairy cone from an ice cream truck on site.

Just review the available appointment times on July 8 and July 9 between 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and register before attending the clinic.

The Lakeshore East GO train stops directly at the station. Wear your mask, roll up your sleeve and fill your belly.
