Rapid Antigen or PCR COVID-19 testing services are available for a fee within the UP Express station at Union for passengers coming and going from Pearson Airport. Here’s how it works.
Testing. Testing.
Metrolinx has partnered with Healthy Travel and Switch Health to offer a Rapid Antigen and PCR test clinic on the second floor of the UP Express lounge, located inside Toronto’s Union Station.
The clinic — located on a trial basis, upstairs from the platform in a lounge — is within easy reach for travellers heading to and from Pearson Airport, using UP Express. This service is also available to those community members who live, work or are staying near the station.

Tests are available to anyone who is asymptomatic, and results, in as little as one hour, are sent electronically. Tests are $60 for a rapid antigen test, and $140 for a PCR test, plus applicable taxes.
Clients can book an appointment or walk-in. Here’s the site to find out more.
